Experience of food fair
In food fair, I will always remember that after the food fair our class stayed in Lower Hall and cleaned up The Lower Hall, after we cleaned up the Lower Hall the cleaners thanks for our help, although I was tired but I think it is meaningful! I will also remember that Mr.Woo said our class is the best because we did more than the other class, and Mr.Woo really teach me a lot, he is not only teach me english, instead he teach me the logic of life. I enjoyed on making food even though I am not good at cooking, but we are really cooperative. Some people had occupied another group's stall and the teacher didn't help the students and they began to cried, then Mr.Woo helped them, I think the teacher that didn't help the students is not helpful, because students do not have authority in school, but the teachers have authority, if teacher don't help student, then who can help us? Luckily, Mr.Woo help them to solve the problem, he is really helpful. I think teacher that do not help students actually is not a teacher because teachers are not only teach students knowledge, they really need to help students when they have problems and also need to care about students. My group didn't have place to put on our poster but we had solved the problems. After this food fair, I learnt lots of things, I learnt how to make cookies, how to put on a poster, but the most important thing that I have learnt is we should know how to solve problems because in the future we will have lots of unexpected problems and we should learn how to solve problems.

You've made an excellent observation about teaching, one that unfortunately isn't actually shared by many students and teachers in this school! In school, many people equate learning with book knowledge, and not that knowledge which is needed to successfully negotiate life, and people, particularly when problems arise.
