Differents and similarities

The difference of the economic between the 13 colonies and the Hong Kong colony is the 13 colonies could trade freely and the ships could enter Victoria Harbour freely but the Hong Kong colony couldn't, the 13 colonies also needed to pay for some acts including the Sugar Act, the Stamp Act and the Townshend Acts. The similarity is there lots of trades at both of them.

The difference of the political between the 13 colonies and the Hong Kong colony is in the government of the 13 colonies, there had a department that the Hong Kong colony hadn't, the department was called "Judiciary" and in the Hong Kong colony, there was two department of the local administration which was called The Sanitary Board and The Heung Yee Kuk.The similarity of the political between the 13 colonies and the Hong Kong colony is both of them also had laws.

Nathania, what is the purpose of the Sanitary Board; do you think the 13 Colonies had a department similar to that, or the Heung Yee Kuk?
